Plum
The plum comes from the family of the Rosaceae and contains the common name of the fruits from the genus Prunus.
It's growing in Turkey in the regions of Eastern Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia.
The maturation of the plum takes place in different periods.
The progress of the thin crust of the fruit and the different sizes and colors,such as green, yellow, red and purple are a part of the maturation.
